One-Time Replenishment

To add trips to your FREEDOM card online at any time, simply set up the "One-Time Replenishment" feature and choose an amount you would like to add.

Automatic Replenishment

Automatic Replenishment (Threshold Autoload) is an optional service offered to FREEDOM Card customers. Simply sign up and put your commute on an automatic pilot.

Create a web Account
Select the value (min $20) you want loaded when your balance drops below $5
Provide a valid credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) that will get charged for each replenishment

Please note that it may take up to two (2) business days for your online Auto Replenishment order to be processed. Your value becomes available when your FREEDOM Card is presented to a gate or vending machine.

One-Time Replenishment

You may add value to any FREEDOM card linked to your Web account provided it does not currently have an active Automatic Replenishment feature associated with it.

Please be aware that value added as a "One-Time Replenishment" through your PATCO FREEDOM Card Web Account will not be available immediately on your FREEDOM Card(s). Please allow up to two (2) days for the amount to become available on your card(s).

Automatic Replenishment

Every time you drop low on the balance left on your card, it will be "automatically replenished" with the amount you selected during setup. Typically, "automatic replenishment" occurs when a card reaches $5.00 remaining. The credit card you designate to pay for this service will immediately be charged the appropriate amount each time your FREEDOM Card is "automatically replenished" with the product chosen at setup.

Please note that it may take up to two (2) days for your initial Automatic Replenishment order to be processed before the values is loaded and appears on your Card the next time it is used.
